Finance Director

Charterhouse - Dubai - Charterhouse is working with one of the leading regional development and property businesses; whom are in the process of looking to recruit a Finance Director for their operational and development program which is on-going across various mixed use and commercial projects. Reporting to the Group Chief Financial Officer, this position will take ownership of all accounting, controllership, reporting and analysis across the business entities whilst also developing strong reporting and MIS... overview and investment purposes. Financial accounting consolidation for monthly, quarterly and annual close. Assessment of financial integrity aligned to Group and Audit policy. Ownership of Management and Financial Accountants teams. The successful candidate should be a qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CPA).
