Accountant

KONE - Oman - We are looking for An Accountant to manage day-to-day operations of the accounts function in some or all of the following: general accounts operations, accounts receivable, accounts payable, in-company cash transactions Finance & Accounting Day –to-day expense vouchers check and post to ISC for payment process Coordinate with ISC for any query on the cost booking part (GL codes, cost center etc.) Payment process to employees and Suppliers as per schedule. Follow the process for Vendor... payments. Ensure the utility payments in time (Electricity, water, telephone, mobile, rent etc.) Ensure Employees payment are in time. Process any advance payments for employees or supplier as per process with necessary approval. Monitor the Fixed cost expenses. Educate the employees on proper cost booking by GL code and Cost center. Maintain all documents related to finance. Coordinate with external auditors on accounting queries.
