Management Accountant role in Bahrain

Bahrain - Manage the preparation and perform the initial reviews of monthly internal financials. Validate accruals, prepare or review account reconciliations and Gross Profit modeling. Perform research and support on non-routine reporting transactions. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the monthly, quarterly and yearly closing. Implement continuous improvement to the processes related to accounting, reconciliations and analysis. Challenge current processes and practices to drive greater accuracy... and efficiency. Analyze operating results and determine drivers of the business results. Work closely with external auditors to help validate financial results. Lead the annual budgeting process. Support other Finance process improvement initiatives, through system enhancements, process changes which will improve scalability of Finance as the company grows. Support, mentor and train the General Ledger team members. Foster a collaborative, open environment for team members to learn and grow. Salary... - Permanent - Part-time
