Manama - Role Purpose The accountant is a member of the ACE Bahrain office finance & accounts team which is responsible of none –insurance bookkeeping. The scope is primarily in respect of supporting finance function to meet its objectives specifically in none insurance area (expenses, reconciliations, prepayments and accruals). The role is based in Bahrain and operates within a team of 3 people managed by the Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities 1. Timely and accurate booking of manual journals... booking of accruals and prepayment. And amortization of the same are monitored in a monthly basis. 6. Support the finance manager with the external audit requirements. And make sure the GL in area of responsibility are auditable 7. Manages daily/routine processing of receipts and payment. Prepares purchase orders and checks. 8. Maintain (electronical and physical) filing of documents in good order, 9. Act as a back-up financial accountant 10.
