Job Description: Recording Receipts Vouchers, Cash/Bank Payments, issuing Cheque and Deposits. Tally Cash and Bank balances on Daily basis. Preparing Journal Vouchers on accounting system. Preparing Clients and Suppliers Match Out-standings. Preparing Invoices and Adjusting credit/Debit notes. Exchange rate difference settlements incurred from transactions.... Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements monthly to finalize company statements. Preparing Supplier Reconciliation statement as per payments to finalize accurate payments. Tally subsidiaries transactions (matching current accounts). Monthly Sales Report in order to analyze costs, Commissions and finalize total profit incurred. Helping Auditors and Finance Manager with their demands on transactions and materials required. Filing and Labeling as per schedule. Eligibility: Minimum 3 years... - Permanent - Full-time
