Accounting Assistant, Bahrain

AECOM - Bahrain - AECOM are currently recruiting for a Project Accountant o be based in Bahrain. The purpose of this role is to perform professional level accounting support, related to moderately complex accounting tasks, whilst maintaining records according to generally accepted accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: Involvement in the project Financials from Go/No Go, BID Model to closure. Initiate Project Set-up. Initiate the EAC Update. Follow up Project managers to ensure timely update of EAC... and trust of the team. Assist PM with project Set-up, ensure all necessary back up and approval are in place before submission. Minimum Requirements 2-5 years work experience in a similar role. Has a proven ability to apply professional concepts in a productive, consistent manner. Must have good excel skills and has knowledge in accounts reconciliation.
