Manama - 1612038 Wyndham Grand Manama - Chief Accountant 04 Oct 2016 ROLE PURPOSE To be responsible for the accurate and timely production of the monthly management accounts, revenue forecasts, annual budgets and statistical data related to all membership accounts. POSITION IN THE ORGANISATION Reporting to the Director of Finance on property. KEY TASKS/RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES - Collating all membership data on subscriptions, enrolments, renewals, discounts and reinstatements... for - Generating forecasts and budgets through interaction with sales teams and the application of normal forecasting techniques. The ability to explain assumptions, sensitivities, risks and opportunities is an essential skill - Providing general accounting and admin support to other members of the finance team as required - e.g. Sarbanes Oxley testing Qualifications PERSONAL SPECIFICATION - Ideally CIMA/ACCA Intermediate or Finalist - Excel Intermediate Level - Experience in forecast and budget... - Permanent - Full-time
