Finance Director

Bahrain - The Role Our client, a large international engineering company is currently looking for a Finance Director to be based in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will be expected to: Form a close working relationship with the General Manager, Group Finance Director and other Senior Executives. Provide leadership to the Finance and Accounting strategy for the Middle East companies, to optimise financial performance and strategic position. Take overall control of and lead the Middle East companies... accounting function. Ensure that company financial systems are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth. Provide routine and ad hoc reports as required by the company, minority banks and stakeholders. Work with senior teams to manage the businesses, evaluate commercial risks and exposures, formulate strategies and plans. Ensure corporate budgeting processes are carried out and reviewed.
