Oman - for developing policies, procedures and complete controls in accounting and financial matters. Developing budgets, monthly report and analysis of variances, cash flow forecast. The candidate will be responsible for supervising accounts, income tax, procurement & hedging of metal. He should negotiate with the banks, arrange tern loans / equity / bank facilities as the needs arises, deploy surplus funds on consultation with superiors, corporate secretarial functions and any other finance / cost related... activity which management may assign. To qualify for the above position candidate must be a Chartered Accountant / CPA with more than year's relevant experience in financial planning is a must. Industrial experience.
