Follow up the operations expenses payments. Issue sales invoices and follow up collections. Produce monthly reports (AR & overheads). Comply and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger... account. Responsible for monthly analysis of AR & Distributors claims, aging, notes receivables and advances. Prepare outstanding accounts receivable balance. Prepare outstanding accounts receivable credit days. Responsible for monthly reporting for AR. Upload sales order and all related transaction to distributors. Prepare all entries for invoice & transfer for customers & handle these entries into finance system.
