Accounting/Finance/Administration Associate

Previous experience with creating a budget and monitoring/reporting financial results. Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management; establish positive relationships with other staff, vendors, and customers. Experience performing accounting and financial reporting for grants. Previous experience performing accounts payable/receivable functions... and responsibilities of this position include: Perform accounting functions, financial projections, and other financial functions. Perform accounting and financial reporting for grants. Perform accounts payable/receivable functions, cash/financial forecasts, and projections. Plan, schedule and supervise the work of accounting staff. Partner with PeopleSoft functional leads to assist with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system reporting.
