Acts the financial lead in structuring/ negotiating the JV deal for the hospital, e.g. draft scope for financial advisor, appoint financial advisor, manage financial advisor scope, etc. Ensures that appropriate financial controls are in place. Undertakes financial analysis and prepares business case studies on new/ existing assets on “when requested” basis. Assesses financial performance of the healthcare assets on an on-going basis.
