Head of Finance

They are currently seeking a Head of Finance to be positioned on the management board and manage the finances of the group. REQUIREMENTS The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall accounting and reporting for the subsidiaries and report directly to the board of chairmen. The group has well established policies... and procedures in place which will allow you to get a handle on the role quickly and effectively. You must have BSc in Accountancy and at least 7 years' experience. Ideally you will have either CPA or CMA qualifications and experience in mergers and acquisitions or forecasting for businesses of a similar size and nature.
